Music has always been part of my life. I grew up listening to Elvis with my mom, spent countless hours blasting 80s legends like Def Leppard, and I’ve always been drawn to tropical island vibes — Kenny Chesney, Niko Moon, Stick Figure, and anything that brings that warm, easy energy.

Expert planning: Amber creates a detailed, realistic timeline for your event—ceremony, reception, speeches, first dance, and vendor arrivals—so every moment flows smoothly.
Vendor communication: She coordinates with your vendors before and during the event to confirm arrival times, setup needs, and any last-minute changes.
On-site management: Amber monitors the clock, cues transitions, and handles timing adjustments discreetly so you and your guests stay relaxed and present.
Problem solving: If timing conflicts or delays happen, Amber provides calm, practical solutions to keep the event moving without stress.
Personalized service: She works with you to build a timeline that reflects your priorities and vision, then adapts it as needed leading up to and on the day of the event.

How do we book our event date?
To reserve your event date, please take a moment to fill out the form available on our website, which can be found under the "book your date now" section. Once we receive your completed request, we will promptly send you the booking agreement for your careful review. When you feel ready to proceed, a deposit will be required to officially confirm and secure your desired date for the event. Keep in mind that most event DJs tend to book quickly, so if the deposit is not made in a timely manner, you risk missing out on your preferred DJ or event date.
What is the next step after booking?
Once you are officially booked, you will gain access to your personal online planner. At this point, you can begin filling out the necessary questions and details that your DJ will need to ensure a perfect experience on your special day. Approximately one month before your event date, the DJ will review all the information in your planner with you in detail to confirm everything is exactly how you want it.
Can we make a playlist?
Yes! Every couple has a unique style, and different parts of your celebration call for different music—pre-ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner each benefit from their own mood and tempo. Spotify is an excellent tool for building a personalized playlist for these moments. Your DJ will handle all dancing music professionally, but if you prefer to create the dance playlist yourself, you’re welcome to do so. We recommend including a DJ Top 200 wedding-party playlist as a foundation—those tracks consistently get guests on the dance floor. Combining that with your personal favorites ensures your celebration truly reflects your tastes and keeps guests entertained.
Do we have to use the online planner?
Yes! Everything that your DJ will need will be provided on the online planning form. This form will serve as their main guide for the event day, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. We do not recommend using email, text, or Google Docs for a guide, as the DJ relies strictly on the online planner to stay organized and keep track of all the details.
Do you recommend a day of coordinator?
Yes! We highly recommend having a day-of coordinator to assist with managing the day's timeline and all the important details. This ensures you can fully focus on enjoying your special day without the need to worry about what happens next or any unexpected hiccups. Why add unnecessary stress to your event when a dedicated professional can handle everything seamlessly, allowing you to relax and be present in the moment? Feel free to ask us about the preferred vendors we trust and regularly work with to make your celebration even smoother.
When do we need to make the final payment?
We kindly ask that the final payment be made during the week of your event to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
When should we book our date?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date. Popular weekends and peak months (May–October) often book 9–18 months in advance. For weekday or off-season events you can sometimes book 3–6 months ahead.
If your date is within 3 months, contact us right away — we may still have availability or can offer limited options. To hold a date we require a signed contract and deposit.
